How to Apply

Applying to the College is a straight forward process, from attending a Preview Day and an informal one-to-one interview, through to receiving your offer and securing your place.

We’re here to guide you through every step and answer any questions you may have. Jeanette Harper, our Admissions Officer, is on hand to assist in any way she can.

The application process

1. Attend a Preview Day (optional)

Preview Days are a fantastic way to find out about the College first hand and allow you to see the facilities, meet the staff and students and get answers to all your questions in person. To find out more about these free monthly seminars, click here or call Jeanette Harper on 01926 484 158 to book a place.
 

2. Complete an application form

Once you’ve decided to apply, you’ll need to complete an application form. To do this you can either:

  • Complete an online application form here.
    As part of your application you’ll also need to provide us with copies of any certificates and four passport-sized photos. You can either provide us with scanned copies of any documents and a digital photo, or send in these items by post to Jeanette Harper, The College of Traditional Acupuncture, Haseley Manor, Hatton, Warwickshire, CV35 7LU
  • Download an application form and send this to Jeanette Harper at the above address, along with your £50 application fee and accompanying documentation.
  • Click here to have a form emailed to you.
  • Call Jeanette Harper on 01926 484 158 to request a form be posted to you.

3. One-to-one interview

Interviews are very informal and are really an opportunity for us to discuss your application with you and for you to ask any further questions you may have about the College, the programme or your career as an acupuncturist.
 

4. Receive your offer

Once we’ve received your completed application form, your application fee and all the necessary accompanying information, we’ll send out an offer letter to you. This will have instructions on what to do next, including how to secure your place.
 

5. Secure your place

Now you’ve received your offer, you’re ready to secure your place on the course of your choice. To do this you can either:

You will need to pay your the first year course fee, or have the required financial arrangements in place before you join us. Your offer letter will give you details of the fee amounts, when they are due and how to make the payment.
